Consent to the use of electronic signatures in connection with our documentation.

Consent

You agree that agreements, forms, subscription documents, acknowledgements and other records provided by us or requested from you may be executed by electronic signature (including by typing your name, clicking an "I agree" or equivalent button, or applying a signature through an e-signature platform) and that such electronic signature will have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Part 2) and provincial electronic-commerce legislation.

Intent to be bound

By applying an electronic signature you confirm that (a) you are the person identified as the signatory, (b) you have read and understood the document being signed, and (c) you intend to be legally bound by it.

Records and retention

Electronically-signed documents are retained in electronic form. You may request a copy at any time by contacting info@caldouncapital.ca.

Exceptions

This consent does not apply to any document that, under applicable law, must be signed in a manner other than by electronic signature.

Withdrawal

You may decline to sign electronically or withdraw prospective consent to electronic signature at any time by contacting info@caldouncapital.ca.
