Fees, Refunds & Cancellation

Fees, expenses, carried interest, performance participation and other economic terms associated with any investment opportunity or advisory relationship, if applicable, are described in the offering documents, subscription agreement or engagement letter provided in respect of that opportunity or relationship. Those documents (and not the Site) govern the fee arrangements between us and any client.

Where applicable Canadian securities laws provide a statutory right of withdrawal or rescission in respect of an offering — for example, the two-business-day withdrawal right in relation to prospectus offerings, or comparable rights in relation to certain exempt distributions — those rights are described in the relevant offering document and are unaffected by anything on the Site.

Except as expressly provided in the applicable offering document, subscription agreement, engagement letter or by mandatory applicable law, subscription monies and fees are not refundable. Any right to cancel or terminate a relationship is set out in the applicable contract.
